Younger Tier (Grades 8–11):
We identify driven athletes ready for Prep School and Academy opportunities that build athletic, academic, and leadership foundations. Our team helps families understand the landscape and prepare strategically for early recruiting stages.
Older Tier (Grades 11–12):
For those pursuing NCAA opportunities, our focus is proactive marketing, academic alignment, and preparation for communication with coaches. Each athlete receives guidance on how to balance athletic ambition with academic excellence.
We are not a placement agency.
Tier I Portal exists to educate, support, and promote — not to place. We provide families with the roadmap, confidence, and recognition to make smart choices while ensuring every athlete is seen, valued, and guided toward her full potential.
