For lacrosse families, the recruiting timeline is accelerating. Tier I Portal helps families stay ahead — identifying promising athletes early and guiding them through the process with structure and clarity.
Younger Tier (Grades 7–11):
We focus on early recognition for Prep School and Academy opportunities across North America. Our process combines proactive exposure, education, and personal evaluation to ensure athletes are prepared before recruiting begins in earnest.
Older Tier (Grades 11–12):
At this level, we emphasize education, academic planning, and proactive communication with programs that align with the athlete’s goals — primarily NCAA opportunities and top academic schools. Our focus is on providing credibility and clarity.
We are not a placement agency.
